RPA Business Analyst and Developer

Your main responsibilities will be:

You will identify process wastes and propose process improvements
Interpret and document business needs, consult with business experts
Design and document the robotic solution
Develop and test robot workflows
Support the deployment of robots
Supervise live robots as required, assist in troubleshooting any faults that may occur

It is a distinct advantage if

You have proven, hands-on experience with RPA platforms (e.g. UiPath, Blue Prism, Automation Anywhere)
You are experienced in writing Excel macros, VB.net coding or have knowledge of other programming languages
Skilled in business process assessment, modelling and development
You have used a process visualisation and modelling software (e.g. Microsoft Visio, ARIS)
You have worked in systems administration, application support, IT user support
You have worked with major ERP/other information systems (e.g. SAP)
You gained work experience in several industries, in larger organisations with close working knowledge of their operations
You have a degree in Business administration and/or IT
You speak German, and/or any regional languages (e.g.Polish, Czech, Romanian)
