As it was done before

Our temporary employment agency client had 20 to 30 colleagues working on monthly payroll for its partners, with tight deadlines in the first few days of the month, which sometimes led to overtime and processing errors. 

This is what happens today

Today, robots process attendance sheets submitted by partners, time sheets of incoming/departing colleagues, premium payout entitlement data. The robots automatically process the data using the payroll software, with the possibility of human verification in order to ensure that pay slips sent to partners are flawless. 

Customer benefit

The workload of clercks has become more even. Thanks to the robots, there is no need to work overtime at the beginning of the month to meet deadlines and the chance of errors have been significantly reduced. Robots perform ~60% of payroll tasks instead of clerks.
