Each day, administrators logged into the banking terminal (Electra) and checked which of the 185 businesses under their management had generated a bank statement the previous day. The statements were manually saved and loaded into the accounting software to complete the booking process.
Every morning, the robot checks whether a bank statement has arrived in the Electra terminal. If found, it saves the statements in both text and PDF format, loads them into the accounting software, and generates a list of processing results.
The automation has freed up a total of 4 working hours a day for the clerks, who now only have to restart the robot should the statements be “delayed” in the banking terminal.
