Compilation of advertising campaign reports

As it was done before

Our online marketing agency partner manually collected weekly advertising data from each social media platform (e.g., Google Ads, Google Analytics, Facebook Ads) for each client, one by one. 

 
Based on this data, colleagues manually filled in and formatted the clientsadvertising campaign reports, slide by slide, in PowerPoint. 

This is what happens today

The robot navigates to the relevant platforms at dawn on a designated day of the week and extracts all necessary campaign performance data. Once collected, the robot uses macros to generate a customized PowerPoint report, which is then saved in PDF format and sent to the client.

The robot saves the marketing agency around 30 hours of work per week.
